Month 12 – Business Plan Lecture (Dec 2020)

Thank you for sticking with me, we finally made it!

My previous lessons from month 11 had helped me with over thinking situations. As, it is a usual habit for me to over think situations, and complicate things for myself. It is done effortlessly; it is not even worth bragging over.

Besides the regular lessons that went on in the class, which I appreciate because I felt like I was able to bring my company to live, I learned that to succeed, I need to always have be prepared, and have a backup plan. There is always a need to generate revenue, so I need to think outside the box.

I also learned that the ability to do – to carry out your actions, is what makes a difference, because I can talk and talk all day, but if I do not put in the work, my plans would never be accomplished.

I like that this class thought me what investors would like to see and gave me an investor’s mindset (I think I would want to go into investments now!). With this class, I was able to think about what I and my company can do right in order to succeed. I need to understand my objectives and what I need to accomplish my goals in order to succeed.

I also liked the teaching style, whereby we analyzed current analysis, it also gave an insight on stocks and how to read these stocks. I am not a huge fan of numbers, but it was good understanding how the numbers work and how to come up with ideas on how to manage your money especially with marketing and the employees so that the company is not bankrupt.

I also liked that we were able to prepare for possible interview questions to prepare for the real world. Many of these questions would not have been thought of when practicing for interviews. enjoyed that I was able to have an experience with interview. This class was also able to emphasize on how to give presentations to not only investors, but a worldwide audience in a way that is catchy.

I enjoyed the investor stories, and it was nice having someone with great expertise in such a field teach the class. This was a great class I do not regret taking and when I can take it, I will take it again.

I am very glad that all the plans I made prior to starting this class was met, and my time in Full Sail University was well used.

This was an overview of the classes I had while I was at Full Sail University. Experiences differ, however I do hope mine inspires you to do better.
